Group fitness classes at Sky’s Limit are designed to maximize your time and energy, giving you the best possible total body workout. By working in a group setting with your coach, you will receive proper form instruction, encouragement, motivation, and camaraderie, all while working to reach beyond the mental and physical limits you thought yourself able to achieve.
Our group fitness classes follow varied formats each day of the week, but will often consist of a warm-up, and strength training or skill development, then followed by a metabolic conditioning workout. Group workouts will involve different movements, skills, equipment, reps/duration each day, all lead by the guidance of a fitness instructor.
Though all class attendees will be performing the same functional fitness workout, all the exercises will be scaled to each individual’s fitness level. Your coach will help you find the proper equipment, weight and intensity, as well as show you modifications of the movements, so that you are getting the most benefit out of your workout.

Silver & Fit Senior Fitness Classes

This senior fitness class has one main focus: Longevity. Building strength through functional movements that will help promote this idea through a focused training for people exclusively age 60+. With Coach Ronnie’s 15 years of experience this will be done in the safest most effective way possible. The key to an independent life is being able to squat and that’s exactly what I want for all of you! Squatting in the sense of getting up out of chairs unassisted, out of your car on your own and of course, off the toilet! The goal of our senior fitness program is to help you remain independent and promote a healthy lifestyle through proper training and nutrition.
Senior Fitness classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 am.
